Effective June 5, 2026
1. Program
Granite Account & Product Messages is operated by Granite Gear LLC (Granite). It sends account notifications about your text-message preferences and consent status, plus marketing and promotional messages about the Granite product, to people who opt in through https://granitegearco.com/updates. It does not send individual security recommendations, market-direction calls or investment performance content.
2. Message types
The program sends two families of messages:
- Account notifications about your text-message preferences and consent status.
- Marketing and promotional messages about the Granite market-analysis product.
Marketing messages promote the product only. They do not name individual securities, contain market-direction calls, or make performance claims. We do not send messages about individual securities, price movements, trading or investment performance through this program.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account activity and occasional product announcements. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Granite does not charge for the messages themselves. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
4. How to opt in
Visit https://granitegearco.com/updates, enter a US mobile number, and check the optional SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default. You may submit the form without checking it; consent is not a condition of purchase or of using this site. The program also recognizes START, YES, OK and GET as opt-in keywords when sent to the program number.
By checking the box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Granite (Granite Gear LLC) at the number provided — including marketing and promotional messages about the Granite market-analysis product, plus account notifications about your text-message preferences and consent status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
